Gluten-Free Chocolate Lava Cake

This recipe is really easy and you only need very little flour to make it.




150 gr chocolate of your choice ( I like spicy ones with nuts, but you can do bitter chocolate or etc.)

110 gr (or 1 stick) butter

3 tbs sugar (optional)(I use stevia sweetened chocolate and no sugar)

2 eggs

3 tbs Brown rice flour (or any kind)

You need 4 small soufle dishes.

1- Melt butter; add chocolate, after it melts add sugar  and stir well. Let it cool down a little bit.

2- Add eggs one at a time and stir immediately.

3- Add flour, mix well.

4-Divide them into 4 soufle dishes

Bake in preheated 350F for 9-10 minutes.


– Do not open the oven in the first 7 minutes. Do not bake more than 10 minutes, it will dry out. When it comes out, it will look wet on the top, which  is normal.

-If you use plain chocolate, you can add nuts, cinnamon, nutmeg etc.

-If you have white chocolate, go ahead use it but add a tbs of cacao.

-Try to serve it hot with milk or heavy cream in the middle. DELICIOUS!

Some nights, i crave chocolate and my treat is ready in 15 minutes.
