Raw Chia, Hemp & Flax Seed Bon Bons

If you read and tried Dr. Hyman’s 10 Day Detox Diet, you would know that these three seeds were the staples of his breakfast smoothies. At some point I did not want to have smoothies any more but wanted to have these super seeds. So I came up with these delicious nutty bon bons and enjoyed them with my herbal teas.




1 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs hemp seeds

1 tbs flax seed

1 tbs maple syrup (optional)

1 tbs almond butter

First pulverize chia, hemp and flax seeds in blender, than add maple syrup and almond butter. Form 2 super seeds bon bons.

You can roll these in nuts, coconut etc.
