Weekly Recap #1

Are you a person who is hungry for information like me?

Hungry for self-growth, health, new food recipes and on many more subjects? I listen to podcasts, read books or articles, sign up for emails to receive information on these subjects, participate in challenges or workshops and the list goes on and on.

I love to learn but now it’s gotten in a way that I can not keep up with, meaning I would like to learn them, implement them and also share them with you, but I am so busy learning new things, I do not have time to put them in writing to share with you. That is why I decided to pause my learning for a few days (every week) to write / report what I learn throughout the week in my blog. This way, I can always refer back to here when I need and also provide you the latest information on health, self-growth, business (this will be a new concept in my blog) and much more.

Hi! I am the lady behind this blog, immydr = I am my doctor, who has been struggling with all sorts of health issues for about a decade and trying to find solutions. While I started my health journey, I also started my blog (admitting that I was not consistent). I have been to all kinds of doctors and I found Functional medicine (who focuses on finding the root issue that’s causing a patient’s symptoms) along the way and I got much better compared to the beginning, but I am still not where I would like to be. So my search for health, specific to my needs goes on. I like to listen to my gut, intuition. So far, functional medicine doctors’ approach helped me a great deal, so I really believe in them. That is why I follow all the leading Integrative / Naturopathic / Functional medicine doctors, read their books and listen to their podcasts. I am trying to approach my health as a whole meaning focusing on my whole body, mind and spirit. While I am focusing on my health, I also started to learn more about the personal and business development. This past week, I have been really busy with learning. I even told myself to slow down so that I can absorb all the information and to be able to utilize them.

Now, let me tell you how you can get the most out of my new blog post series. I will list all the

  • new podcast / webinar / docuseries I listened to
  • new recipes that I tried and liked / developed
  • books / articles I read
  • challenges / workshops / trainings that I participated in
  • new tools that I started using

with the link that will directly take you to their website or to my separate blog post that tells you the summary / highlights with a link to the real source. So, you will just go through the list, and click on the links that interests you or you think that will be helpful to you. The links will open in a new tap so that you will still have my post open in your browser so that you can come back to easily.
